With more than 15 years of experience working with Australia’s leading Big 4 accounting firms and then moved to staring his own practice, Kuresh brings expertise in Business Restructures, Taxation, Internal Control Review & Advice, and Management Services to the table. Kuresh possesses specific industry proficiency in catering to medical practitioners, construction professionals (both builders and developers), as well as various other segments within the wider business landscape. As a hands-on and tech-savvy practitioner, Kuresh is dedicated to collaborating closely with clients, alleviating their administrative pressures, and empowering them to scale their enterprises. With a strong understanding of business operations, including the value of a trusted advisor, Kuresh established BHR as a way to support other entrepreneurs in the financial aspects of their business. Since Sachin’s entry into the practice as a Graduate in 2019, he has accumulated more than three years of valuable experience. His primary focus lies in the realm of internal risk and advisory services. While he provides comprehensive support across all aspects of business, his specialized areas of proficiency include designing and implementing methodologies, processes and reporting criteria to improvise on the organisation internal audit purposes. Over the years with his experience, he developed skills to assess an organisation’s management and control processes, which in turn had helped organisation to improve on processes of management system, human resources and other work processes.
Rashida
Administration Head
Rashida contributes her substantial experience as a Bookkeeper and Payroll specialist to BHR. She has been an integral part of the team since the firm’s establishment, following her tenure as a Senior Bookkeeper in Sydney for several years. Rashida’s expertise shines in the implementation of Cloud Accounting software, with her certification in Xerox and proficiency in Intuit and MYOB software. She is adept at managing various aspects of client payroll processing, be it on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, and is well-versed in superannuation matters.
Zainab
Administration Head
With several years of experience as a bookkeeper and payroll administrator, Zainab possesses a wealth of knowledge and a profound understanding that can provide our clients with peace of mind. She excels in ensuring that businesses remain compliant with their obligations to the ATO, making her an invaluable asset to our team and clients alike.
Our Experience
BHR Consultancy Services was launched on 8th August 2014, after identifying the hiatus in the traditional accountancy methods.
This year also marked our first eight clients that consulted us for Setting Up New Business Entities.
We crossed our first 100 clients in mid Feb 2016.
By the year end we touched 210 clients.
This year brought the addition of a new service to our portfolio – Digital Marketing.
We have helped our Clientele in their digital presence not only locally but globally as well.
We crossed 500 clients.
As on date we have sucessfully completed 1786 projects.
